If you have any concerns or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. For international customers seeking to return products, please note that we retain the authority to deduct either the complete or a partial shipping cost from the refund.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times for Canadian Customers

For Canadian customers, please review the following information to help you choose the best shipping carrier for your needs:

UPS offers faster delivery (typically within a week) compared to USPS. However, UPS will charge an additional brokerage fee for customs clearance, ranging from CAD 40 to 50, when the package arrives at the border.

USPS does not charge an extra fee at the border, but delivery times can vary based on the workload and priorities of Canadian Customs. Based on our experience, the average delivery time with USPS ranges from 2 to 4 weeks.
